12/7/2023 charged without authorization 12/7/2023. When Paypal notified me last night that I had been charged $103.79 I panicked as I had not made a purchase and didn't even recognize the company name. I discovered that in Oct 2022 I made a $38 purchase from the company. In November 2022 I was charged $103.79 for a subscription service I did not authorize. I failed to notice the charge in 2022. The charge on 12/7/2023 was a renewal of a charge I did not authorize. I hope the company will refund both of the $103.79 charges.

I would give zero if I could I would give zero if I could. The books themselves are fine but the company is a fraud. They offered many different social media creators including myself a $250 payment to promote their books and then disappeared or offered less then half that pay AFTER the content was made. Myself and another creator have already posted this on social media. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau by the end of the week. Disgusting people runs this company.

I am a single mom working on settling… I am a single mom working on settling the emotions of 4 kids between ages of 5-13 from a unpleasant divorce. I'm excited to use these books with my kids but had overlooked the subscription trial and need to cancel. I reached out and requested a cancellation so i don't continue to get charged as I am on a tight budge and wasn't expecting that money to be taken out. Customer Service prompty unsubscribed me and cancelled. This means a ton. Especially at this current phase in my life. I will refer friends and family to these books and you will get a good rep down the road. I appreciate you to the fullest.

I ordered several books for my children… I ordered several books for my children which were reasonably priced and delivered timely. We have loved them! I had a small mishap which was an oversight on my behalf but Puppy Dogs worked with me in a timely manner and helped remedy my mistake. Their customer service is as wonderful as their book selection. Highly recommend!

This company is very shady This company is very shady. I ordered books paid for them and then a year later I’m told they are charging me for my subscription! Lo and behold they charged me last year … I missed seeing chargers my husband had surgery and I was not as diligent combing the credit card charges. I asked to have my money refunded as I never used their services…. They refused… Don’t buy from them unless you want charges a month later for a subscription you don’t wish to have!
