I'm excited to use these books with my kids but had overlooked the subscription trial and need to cancel. I reached out and requested a cancellation so i don't continue to get charged as I am on a tight budge and wasn't expecting that money to be taken out. Customer Service prompty unsubscribed me and cancelled. This means a ton. Especially at this current phase in my life. I will refer friends and family to these books and you will get a good rep down the road. I appreciate you to the fullest.

It is beyond every other service experience I have had in recent years. My email to customer service was answered within the hour. It was personable and understanding and included an action on their end that I thought I may have to fight for. They are the REAL Deal.

Billed *AGAIN* for canceled subscription I was just billed $97.00 for a "trial" subscription that I canceled a year ago. I never knowingly authorized any ongoing subscription with this company in the first place and canceled it after being billed $97 in September 2022. I have accessed no content from this company in the past year. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for something I didn't order and haven't used.

They offered many different social media creators including myself a $250 payment to promote their books and then disappeared or offered less then half that pay AFTER the content was made. Myself and another creator have already posted this on social media. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau by the end of the week. Disgusting people runs this company.
