i purchased product itv24 on june 4 and… I purchased spark plugs from Horsepower direct and didn't get any, couldn't contact anyone or get any response to messages, I wrote a review and forgot about the transaction. 8 months later I was contacted about my review hurting their business and if i dont change it the would be taking me to court. I stated that i was astonished about how they didn't mention my purchase or offered a refund but they wanted me to change my review. I was also not impressed at how they were not trying to change my experience. They finally stated that the product i ordered was no longer available but i could choose another product or get store credit. I chose a simular product and i received it a few days later. They sent me updates of the order all the way to delivery. I still didnt open the package a week later. I thought this was how they should be treating a customer from the beginning to get great reviews. Maybe this was all due to Covid does strange things to people.

Buyers beware!!!! Fraud The only thing this company is good for is bashing the customer making it your fault and not taking any responsibility for the company’s own laziness. Don’t know how PayPal hasn’t closed the company’s account! And if you chose to ignore this review make sure you use Pay Pal because you will need that buyers protection. No answers to email No answer on the company main line No response to voicemails Poor customer service Had to get a refund from PayPal!!! I will never do business with this company again. But hey one upside to all of this is Summit Racing will price match any of their prices and beat em by a dollar. Don’t waste your time with this place!

Trust pilot is blocking reviews put up… Trust pilot is blocking reviews put up on bad business and if you know servers have the same IP address they track you and your colleges threw the IP address they leave you open so the review doesn't show up My boss was put out of business by OPTIMUM Altice They deleted his email addresses and locked him out of his servers he lost everything we are all out of work and trust pilot is using some kind of software or one of their reps are protecting OPtimun there are 16 people out of work because of this OPTIMUM is lying to him he is angry and we are listening to the rep saying he needs the emails He verified the information and he worked for optimum for 3 years the corporate office is Liying to him too and TRUST PILOT is blocking reviews on his developer That's wrong.

I bought my ej20 head studs on 10/10 I bought my ej20 head studs on 10/10, shipping said it should be here on 10/23. I haven't received them. I emailed horsepower direct about why I have yet to receive them yet and I was told that they were having trouble getting the part and it should be at my door from roughly 11/5 - 11/11. Its 11/15 now and I still haven't received them. I'm waiting on them to put my engine back together. If they were to give me an update periodically instead of waiting for me to email them about a week after I was told it should have of been at my door then I wouldnt of been that upset.
