Worst ever Purchased an item from theses guys. Communication was great at first until I asked for a tracking number. Keep coming up with excuses then finally stop communicating completely. Had to get PayPal involved like so many others had to. He finally refunded my money but he waited until the last minute before PayPal would force a refund. That way I had to wait a month for my money. These guys have no right running a business. Should be shut down. Very unprofessional. The worst I have ever had to deal with. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not worth trying to save a little money. Pay for it in the long run!

Item never received Order status says "Awaiting Fulfillment" for well over 30 days. Contact numbers are either disconnected or go straight to VM. No response through email. Stay as far away from HP Direct as you possibly can if you actually want to receive the item you paid for. I have all supporting documentation including the charge back from my bank approved today.

i purchased product itv24 on june 4 and… I purchased spark plugs from Horsepower direct and didn't get any, couldn't contact anyone or get any response to messages, I wrote a review and forgot about the transaction. 8 months later I was contacted about my review hurting their business and if i dont change it the would be taking me to court. I stated that i was astonished about how they didn't mention my purchase or offered a refund but they wanted me to change my review. I was also not impressed at how they were not trying to change my experience. They finally stated that the product i ordered was no longer available but i could choose another product or get store credit. I chose a simular product and i received it a few days later. They sent me updates of the order all the way to delivery. I still didnt open the package a week later. I thought this was how they should be treating a customer from the beginning to get great reviews. Maybe this was all due to Covid does strange things to people.

I got in touch with some guy at the company and he told me the ones I wanted were not their and recommended the size up from what I wanted turned out it was actually what I thought I ordered in the first place my item got shipped out the day after I talked with him and if you are worried about your purchase just call them and make sure they have what you want first. I got scared for a bit thinking I got ripped off but they made good and my pistons arrived today at an amazing price a150 $ cheaper than anywhere else thanks to everyone at horsepower direct

Kindly make trustpilot as healthy that people who scamed by different sites not only get sympathy but also recovery of scam dollers . Or kindly blacklist those companies and make them answerable in courts . Kindly make this platform a way to justice .
