MULTIPLE CHARBEBACKS WERE APPROVED BECAUSE WE SHIP TO GUN STORES SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN GO THRU A BACKGROUND CHECK PRIOR TO TAKING POSSESSION OF FIREARMS. FORTIS STATES THAT THE FIREARM SHIPMENT MUST GO TO THE BILLING ADDRESS AND NOT THE GUN STORE. HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO PROCESS TRANSACTIONS FOR THE FIREARM INDUSTRY AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HOW ONLINE GUN PURCHASES WORK??? GARBAGE....

The Customer Analyst David Gillen was very helpful, walking me through the process and my different options and still supports me when I have questions and getting me to the right group. I The services offered and resources are great. I really love the Swipe Simple web platform and app work great. I highly recommend them for your credit card processing needs.

So frustrated with the continual… So frustrated with the continual increase of nickel dime charges and then a huge jump for non-compliance. Please note, during the time of "non-compliance", the service was not used. Fortis was not able to provide any documentation that I had been informed of non-compliance - which I had not received. I cancelled my contract and was still charged. Stay away! There are plenty of other services that will process CCs for FFLs
