Poor customer service Poor customer service. I was signed up with Blue Dog credit card servicing. I was never notified that Fortispay purchased Blue Dog. The fees went up after Fortispay took over merchant services. I was compliant with the PCI-DSS at one time, Then after Fortispay took over I started getting charged the non compliant fee. When I cancelled with Fortispay they said that I owed $$$ for early cancellation. I said my contract was with Blue Dog not Fortis. Poor business ethic's.

Horrible company we have been trying to… Horrible company we have been trying to cancel our service since February 14 and are still being charged. Whoever “Mary” is will not call us back and now the chargers have went up another 10 dollars. We have called over 4 times to get this resolved and still nothing. They will respond with we will have someone from our customer service respond. But they will not!

Avoid at all costs This company is absolutely terrible. This company completely misrepresented their fees and then just kept piling on! They made it very difficult to cut ties with them and continued to charge even after I separated from them. Completely unethical company that I am sorry I ever did business with.

We were provided 24/7 support every step of the way with a strong understanding of our uniques needs and experience. Strongly recommend these folks, as they provide all of the merchant processing services of the others but on a a small business level. Thank you!!!!!
