My first 3D printer My first 3D printer, I have help getting started though. Less than a week and have already started into production getting great results. Enjoy having the large format being able to print one solid piece. It arrived slightly damaged, 3DPrintersBay and Phrozen had replacement parts being shipped out in under 12 hours with no hassle. Amazing customer service from both.

Great customer service I had a unique situation in buying a laser engraver. The customer service went above and beyond to ensure I could complete my purchase. They had by far a much better price than the consumer giants out there. Shipping was timely, product as advertised. Great job overall.

Great, fast service, good prices Could have bought my printer direct from the manufacturer, price was about the same, but thought having a USA company provide it in case of any issues was a good idea. I am very pleased that I did. There was a minor shipping issue with the manufacturer, and Andy responded to my email within the hour to set it straight. Great company Great company. Family run. They go above and beyond what is expected I highly recommend them. My Photon S was delivered well protected and exactly on time from California warehouse. It took about 10 minutes to get my first print going. I’ve heard a few people complain that plastic casing seem breakable. I don’t really slam my printer around. So I’m not worried. All the critical parts seem rock solid.

I was worried at first from ordering… I was worried at first from ordering with how varied some reviews are, however, it arrived safely at my house. Everything worked except the heat bed. So I contacted Anycubic and got everything figured out within a couple of days! Oops, operator error haha! Customer support was awesome! I definitely will order here again when the time comes!
