I then got online after I ordered my cr10 pro v2 and got scared thinking this was a scam site. I called PayPal and they told me I needed to wait 5 days before making a claim. That day I got a ups tracking # from them. The second day it was shipped from California the third day it was delivered to my home in utah. 3 days total I received a brand new in box perfect condition cr10 pro v2 exactly what I ordered way cheaper than any other site. I agree with some other reviews that this is a company that has problems just like any other. My experience was perfect take that for what it's worth.

Enjoy having the large format being able to print one solid piece. It arrived slightly damaged, 3DPrintersBay and Phrozen had replacement parts being shipped out in under 12 hours with no hassle. Build it is really a great experience to discover 3D printing domain but could be frustrating for someone who hope a printer ready out of the box. I have the dual extruder version, but I haven't tested dual yet. Over all I'm very happy with this purchase for the price and for the quality of the parts. Easy update available of the printer to add double fan for the Nozze and filament sensor. Just little negative point regarding the manual of installation that miss details to assemble some parts

My HE3D K280 arrived approximately 2… My HE3D K280 arrived approximately 2 weeks after ordering and I am now assembling the printer. The packing for shipping was excellent and the printer arrived with no damage. I really like the quality of the parts and I find the engineering excellent. The self aligning T-Nuts are absolutely ingenious. The only thing that is concerning is that the included instructions are meager at best and the is no CDROM or guide for eventual setup. Overall, I am very happy with my HE3D K280 printer.
