GBMy first 3D printer My first 3D printer, I have help getting started though. Less than a week and have already started into production getting great results. Enjoy having the large format being able to print one solid piece. It arrived slightly damaged, 3DPrintersBay and Phrozen had replacement parts being shipped out in under 12 hours with no hassle. Amazing customer service from both.

GBlack of good customer service Frustrated because I went to their website and it says they are based out of Florida and I was looking to order parts from a USA based source because I needed them quickly. The website is just a gateway to order but the parts still come from China. Ordered Feb 5th, did not receive any confirmation email. Parts did not ship until Feb 12 and shipped the slowest possible way. (In fairness there may be other uncontrollable factors for the delay in shipment) but the lack of communication make me very hesitant to use this source again.

GBMy HE3D K280 arrived approximately 2… My HE3D K280 arrived approximately 2 weeks after ordering and I am now assembling the printer. The packing for shipping was excellent and the printer arrived with no damage. I really like the quality of the parts and I find the engineering excellent. The self aligning T-Nuts are absolutely ingenious. The only thing that is concerning is that the included instructions are meager at best and the is no CDROM or guide for eventual setup. Overall, I am very happy with my HE3D K280 printer.

GBI purchased a Geeetech A20T I purchased a Geeetech A20T. The printer arrived quickly and I was impressed with how easy it was to receive great service from 3DPrintersBay. The printer was well packed and was really easy to set up. I have printed numerous things now with no problems. If you buy one of these three color mixing printers, remember to reset after each print when using SD card, or it will choose the wrong color to start.

NLHigh import tariffs for EU Don't buy here if you are living in the EU. The website states free shipping but lets the customer pay all the import tariffs and other charges. I bought the Phrozen Sonic Mini here and on top of the $299 came $104 in import charges on top of the $30 Fedex shipping that they don't inform you about! EDIT: to reply to the below response from 3DPrintersBay: you should not inform your customers about significant extra costs in your terms & conditions. This is unclear and bad practice. A notice when a person living in the EU makes a purchase would make this much clearer. Also make sure to state this on your purchase orders!
