Slowly they cancelled our promotion packages, now they have started throttling SSD packages down to SLOW the speed of website the entire I/O is very very slow. If you have more than 5 or 10 visitors looking at your website at the same time, it will take forever to load. The service is impolite and can be arrogant at times. No use of SSD if they choke the I/O down and pile on everybody on the same server. I hope they truly improve their service. Update: The point is that the NVME claims SSD are useless if the IOPS are throttled heavily. We barely have 10 to 30 visitors a DAY, and if those visitors complain about the load speeds then its a poor experience. My IT person has doublechecked and found it to be slower than the previous packages.
