They're very fast, patient and very helpful with your concern and they'll make sure that your concern will be resolved immediately. In my 5+ years with Host Mantis, they never failed to amaze me and did extra mile solving my issues. I tried other hosting providers but HostMantis's service is really different and more accommodating.

GBHostMantis support is excellent and… HostMantis support is excellent and fast! I have used HostMantis for 2.5 years and have needed support only 10 times. Each time they have been fast and accurate. At their low prices, I was prepared for slower response time. I have been pleasantly surprised. Having used HostGator and, early on, GoDaddy, I looked for and found this inexpensive hosting service. I've been pleased with their stability and customer service.

GBWe've used Hostmantis for many years SLOW websites We've used Hostmantis for many years, we orginally started with a promotion. Slowly they cancelled our promotion packages, now they have started throttling SSD packages down to SLOW the speed of website the entire I/O is very very slow. If you have more than 5 or 10 visitors looking at your website at the same time, it will take forever to load. The service is impolite and can be arrogant at times. No use of SSD if they choke the I/O down and pile on everybody on the same server. I hope they truly improve their service. Update: The point is that the NVME claims SSD are useless if the IOPS are throttled heavily. We barely have 10 to 30 visitors a DAY, and if those visitors complain about the load speeds then its a poor experience. My IT person has doublechecked and found it to be slower than the previous packages.

GBThey won't accept your order easily They won't accept orders easily, even though I provided my exact address, phone no. ordered using my wifi etc. they won't accept it. I was even paying 1 year upfront & asked they can call the phone to verify identity, still won't accept. Only reply was > Unfortunately we cannot provide more specific information as to why the decision to not accept the order was made. If staff looks, ticket #458309 for reference. I think they do some user profiling or something, hard to say, but that's what I felt by their replies. After hearing good things about them, it was a disappointment for me.

GTThe option to create new accounts doesn't appear The problem is that I can't access the reseller because the option to create new accounts doesn't appear. After waiting several weeks for the answer, today the only thing they answered me was: Ticket #699670 Daniel Nerivon: Do you still require assistance or may this ticket be closed?. I can't believe it, I waited patiently for several weeks and today there is no solution and they answer this.
