GBPrice Increase Price Increase. Everyone knows cPanel has raised prices, so hosting companies have to pass it on. But, HostMantis raised prices by almost 100%. As the cPanel price increase is nothing close to 100% and effects mostly reseller accounts, which my hosting isn't, this is just a huge price increase for no reason.

GBHostMantis support is excellent and… HostMantis support is excellent and fast! I have used HostMantis for 2.5 years and have needed support only 10 times. Each time they have been fast and accurate. At their low prices, I was prepared for slower response time. I have been pleasantly surprised. Having used HostGator and, early on, GoDaddy, I looked for and found this inexpensive hosting service. I've been pleased with their stability and customer service.

GBThis is a no-nonsense host This is a no-nonsense host. The uptime is great as is the reliability. The support is swift and courteous. I had one issue with setting up private nameservers with a reseller account and this was never really resolved. Aside from this though I would recommend HastMantis.

PHI consider myself a newbie in the web… I consider myself a newbie in the web development and these guys are really amazing. They're very fast, patient and very helpful with your concern and they'll make sure that your concern will be resolved immediately. In my 5+ years with Host Mantis, they never failed to amaze me and did extra mile solving my issues. I tried other hosting providers but HostMantis's service is really different and more accommodating.

PKGood servers - but one of the worst support team ever! Their servers are so good, stable. They also have got many locations. But one major reason why i give them 2 stars is their worst customer support. Their response time during working hours is fine, but their attitude to customers is so bad that it feels like they are offering the service for free. They also don't care about customers, a single complain - and they would ask you to look for another company. Lot of accounts are also being suspended, with a lock that doesn't even violate their ToS, or AUP and arguing with them is very useless as they don't even read whole support but reply based on your title of support ticket.
