PKGood servers - but one of the worst support team ever! Their servers are so good, stable. They also have got many locations. But one major reason why i give them 2 stars is their worst customer support. Their response time during working hours is fine, but their attitude to customers is so bad that it feels like they are offering the service for free. They also don't care about customers, a single complain - and they would ask you to look for another company. Lot of accounts are also being suspended, with a lock that doesn't even violate their ToS, or AUP and arguing with them is very useless as they don't even read whole support but reply based on your title of support ticket.

GBNot worth the hassle If you're looking for a host with good customer support, then best to look somewhere else. We signed up with the migration request which is advertised as a service on their website, but after 3 days of being passed to a separate support agent on each ticket and very little progress made have given up. We were also ignored when requesting the plan be cancelled which says all you need to know!

GBWe've used Hostmantis for many years SLOW websites We've used Hostmantis for many years, we orginally started with a promotion. Slowly they cancelled our promotion packages, now they have started throttling SSD packages down to SLOW the speed of website the entire I/O is very very slow. If you have more than 5 or 10 visitors looking at your website at the same time, it will take forever to load. The service is impolite and can be arrogant at times. No use of SSD if they choke the I/O down and pile on everybody on the same server. I hope they truly improve their service. Update: The point is that the NVME claims SSD are useless if the IOPS are throttled heavily. We barely have 10 to 30 visitors a DAY, and if those visitors complain about the load speeds then its a poor experience. My IT person has doublechecked and found it to be slower than the previous packages.

BRLousy service and offline for days Unfortunately, after the sale of HostMantis, the support became unsustainable, a long response time and always with answers without technical content and very simple. I've been a long time customer, I've always loved Host Mantis, the speed, support and especially the loading time of sites with litespeed servers. The crucial reason for cancellation was the server crash, offline for more than 30 hours, this is unacceptable for a hosting service like Host Mantis

GBOur websites have been down now for 2… Our websites have been down now for 2 days with no access to C - panel. All our tickets raised have come back with a generic response, nothing to address the issue or give an incline as to what is actually happening with the servers so there is a huge possibility that our client websites are gone with all the data. This is absolutely ridiculous !!!!!!
