GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Ordered a record for my son in November 2023 for a Christmas present. It is now almost May 2024 and the only responses I have received to my multiple emails only say "be patient" and "we'll eventually get to it." Meanwhile they advertise that the same album is "in stock" and ready to go. Total scam.
