GBAmazing Customer Care I purchased a Boxset that was signed by the artist. When my boxset was received the signatures were missing. I contacted the Merchbar customer care and the team started handling everything. I received several update emails explaining my status. I have ordered several items from Merchbar and I will be a customer for life. I feel so confident placing orders with their amazing customer care team. My order was replaced and I am so impressed with how my concern was resolved! The customer care team really worked to get my order corrected. I want to thank them and let each and every one of them is truly appreciated!!

GBDo they ever actually send you what you bought? They say 5-7 business days but I have orders I placed in July and August of 2023 that still haven’t been processed. When I’ve reached out, they have a “what are you going to do” attitude about it. Here’s an idea, don’t sell stuff you don’t have, or if you have it like your website says, send it.

GBMy daughter bought two identical albums… My daughter bought two identical albums before Christmas. Four months later...Nada. No vinyl, no refund. I replaced them with an Amazon order today. I considered using Merchbar in the past, but shied away due to the reviews. Good call on my part. Bad call on my daughter's part.

GBTwo Orders Sat for Months without Movement I have had very few positive experiences with Merchbar, the negative severely outweighs the positive. Two successful orders, one backorder, two unsuccessful orders. The two successful orders (first ever and latest) went without issue, no complaints. Found out last week that the open backorder was in stock 3 times between my date of purchase and this month (May 2024), which is pretty neat. Probably didn't have enough stock to fill backorders - annoying, not a big deal. Where I really draw the line is when not one, but two orders, both north of $200, sat for 6+ months without movement. All items ordered were listed as "In Stock" the entire time. Merchbar Support is depressingly useless, citing "warehouse and supplier issues" and regurgitating the same copy/paste answers. They claim their "website reflects the price and availability of items based on our supply partner's inventory," though I was actually able to receive my order before my order status with MB was updated from "Processing." Weird. I will say that both times, I have managed to receive my money back, unlike other reviews. I will applaud them for that much. Merchbar - Fix your business model. If the "warehouse and supplier" issues you've been having go on for longer than a couple months, maybe it's time to change tactics. I find it very hard to believe that these supposed issues are profitable. You've lost two sales fairly large sales because of this over the past year, and most assuredly lost a customer. To people reading this - If you haven't ordered already, don't. Buy directly from the artist if possible. If you are unable to, buy as close to them as possible (e.g. record label, booths, IndieMerchStore.com, etc.)

GBAs of today I still have not received… As of today I still have not received my order which I placed on December 3rd 2023. I've called many times and have spoken with six or seven "receptionists" all of whom stated they would send a priority email to "the team." I've received no contact from the team or merch bar, I've not received my order and no one I've spoken to can refund my money.
