I considered using Merchbar in the past, but shied away due to the reviews. Good call on my part. Bad call on my daughter's part.

I absolutely regret ordering from this scam of a company. Hoping to get my refund handled after filing a complaint with the BBB.

Never Shipped I placed my order for a Noah Kahan vinyl on January 4th. My bank has been charged and I’ve received my order number, but there has been no notice of shipping. It is now May and I still have not received my vinyl. I have emailed customer service and they told me I could cancel my order or keep waiting but that they had no updates. Considering this is a gift, I’m very disappointed and wish there was better communication. 5 months with no update is ridiculous.

MerchBar is a SCAM Same thing everyone is saying, ordered a record, got confirmation. BUT NEVER SHIPPED. I contacted their customer service who only told me that there was issues with their supplier and had no estimated ship date. DO NOT USE, MerchBar is a scam.
