Never received order Ordered a vinyl, after about three months I still never received it. Order was canceled at one point without notification, only found out because I eventually reached out. Garbage site, will not make the same mistake twice.

As of today I still have not received… As of today I still have not received my order which I placed on December 3rd 2023. I've called many times and have spoken with six or seven "receptionists" all of whom stated they would send a priority email to "the team." I've received no contact from the team or merch bar, I've not received my order and no one I've spoken to can refund my money.

Great company to deal with Great company to deal with. Customer service from them is great. Placed an order on back order. Unfortunately, they couldn't fulfill the order in the time frame needed due to supplier issues, but they refunded me straight away once a refund was requested. Will happily buy from Merchbar again.

I absolutely regret ordering from this scam of a company. Hoping to get my refund handled after filing a complaint with the BBB.

Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. I ordered a record in November... It's now April. It still hasn't arrived, nor have I received any updates or clarification. I have contacted customer services multiple times to be told that they are waiting on the manufacturer? Don't advertise or sell products you don't have and have no plans on having then! It's an absolute joke. They have no sense of urgency, or business sense in general it would seem. Shame. Avoid at all costs unless you like being frustrated and disappointed.
