GBSirius xm is a VERY dishonest company Sirius xm is a VERY dishonest company. They will use tactics to cheat you out of money, claim they did not receive documents you email them, lead you to believe you have cancelled a service but continue to charge you. The agent at the terrible call center even admitted that she had been lying to me for over a month. BEWARE. This company’s business practices should be investigated and they should be shut down. They are scammers, liars, cheaters.

GBDeceptive business practices Over the past 2 months I tried to sign up for a 4 month free trail that was offered by Samsung and SiriusXM because I bought a brand new Samsung phone. The Samsung link directed me to the SiriusXM portal where it would not recognize the promotion. I contacted SiriusXM and they stated their was indeed an active promotion and that they would research the issue. They never got back to me so I filed a BBB complaint. Over the next month and 1/2 I spoke and emailed a SiriusXM Customer Service Rep (Denis Lever). He stated that he was attempting to resolve the issue and find out why the promotion was not working. I was promised a free trial with no obligation or credit card on file. When I called him back to redeem the promotion, he deceptively stated that he then needed a credit card on file and that I could call him anytime to cancel the service. I find this shady and extremely deceptive. I find this type of business practice unethical.

CAI would give even less than 1 star if I… I would give even less than 1 star if I could. I called in February 2024 to cancel my subscription as they raised the price on me substantially. I had 2 vehicles that I paid for the service on. I called back in April after being charged almost triple what I was quoted and was told that the price I was given was per radio. I was very clear when I called in February that it was for 2 radios in 2 separate vehicles. I was given a dishonest deal that they will not live up to. Best they could do is double what I was offered so I am out. With streaming available at much cheaper prices and easily available in vehicles, Sirius is not worth the money for their repetitive radio services.

CAWasted my time to try to cancel them Wasted my time to try to cancel them. Call back system took longer than the original wait time. Customer service rep repeatedly tried to upsell me to continue paying, even after I told him I wanted to cancel

GBSirius XM - For Masochists Only The website, clearly, was designed and maintained by USDA-certified Low-Ability-Programmers. Simply appalling. Their so-called music selections are an ENDLESS repetition of the whole-world collection of Bach & Brahms. Torture! Interspersed with faux noise from faux musicians like Florance Price, and Philip Glass who would be tossed out of Julliard on their ears. Just LOUSY!
