CASirius XM sucks!! Sirius XM sucks!!! Old business model, more relevant before Covid when more people commuted to work. The most egregious operating practices of this “business” are AGGRESSIVE marketing and NEGATIVE billing. If you buy a vehicle that comes with their free trial, you’ll learn how it feels. And whatever you do, don’t provide a credit card number - it’s too much damn temptation, to charge indiscriminately, any time they want, years later, after you’ve cancelled and informed the card company not to authorize ANY charges from Sirius XM. NOTHING, EVER! Today, it was another ~ $600 subscription for a car we traded 8 years ago! After having the same conversation and blocking transactions, 3 years ago. And that was FIVE years after we no longer had the car! NO service is worth ongoing abuse and aggravation, that will be unleashed upon you. Pity the people without options, who promote and support dishonest, Your-money-is-the-ONLY-thing-we-care-about-publicly-traded-companies!

GBDon't! Predatory! They will not allow cancelation. After 25 minutes of scripted dialog:"Very well sir, if you insist we will cancel your service". Except they don't. They even have a work-around for a "Do Not Pay" with your bank. You will have Sirius for life. Guess I'll have to cancel my debit card entirely. How convenient.

CAI would give even less than 1 star if I… I would give even less than 1 star if I could. I called in February 2024 to cancel my subscription as they raised the price on me substantially. I had 2 vehicles that I paid for the service on. I called back in April after being charged almost triple what I was quoted and was told that the price I was given was per radio. I was very clear when I called in February that it was for 2 radios in 2 separate vehicles. I was given a dishonest deal that they will not live up to. Best they could do is double what I was offered so I am out. With streaming available at much cheaper prices and easily available in vehicles, Sirius is not worth the money for their repetitive radio services.

GBSiriiusXM needs to rein in its telemarketing unit We've been with XM (both mobile and residence) almost from the beginning. It can be very helpful when major developments occur on the world stage. it's penetration of broadcast interests is deep and invaluable. However, its billing arm, renewals and such, can be overly aggressive. One can receive myriad calls from its telemarketing arm 24/7, weekends included. This is an onerous practice and should be stopped.
