Top Quality Sound and Stations. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Their sales and customer service are about the worst ever. Reminds me of the day when telephone support really sucked. Not a good memory. The quality of Sirius XM is FIVE STAR! The djs are very awesome and the 2 channels I listen to play song after song unedited top sound quality and selection!! If you desire TOP QUALITY radio ~ It is worth it!

They have lost their minds On Sunday, I went to visit someone and my go-to station was playing. Two hours later, I got back in the car and suddenly - nothing. Only junk stations I never listen to. For three days I've been trying to get to the bottom of why I need an unlock code for those stations, and to say Sirius is unresponsive is an understatement.

Sirius XM sucks!! Sirius XM sucks!!! Old business model, more relevant before Covid when more people commuted to work. The most egregious operating practices of this “business” are AGGRESSIVE marketing and NEGATIVE billing. If you buy a vehicle that comes with their free trial, you’ll learn how it feels. And whatever you do, don’t provide a credit card number - it’s too much damn temptation, to charge indiscriminately, any time they want, years later, after you’ve cancelled and informed the card company not to authorize ANY charges from Sirius XM. NOTHING, EVER! Today, it was another ~ $600 subscription for a car we traded 8 years ago! After having the same conversation and blocking transactions, 3 years ago. And that was FIVE years after we no longer had the car! NO service is worth ongoing abuse and aggravation, that will be unleashed upon you. Pity the people without options, who promote and support dishonest, Your-money-is-the-ONLY-thing-we-care-about-publicly-traded-companies!

Hideous Hideous! Yesterday I had to cancel my Mastercard and get a new one because of these goat eckers. I asked Bank Americard to block them, but I ended up with charges anyway. I recommend just having your card reissued. The only way these goat people will stop charging you. P.S. there should be a law that requires all companies to allow you to cancel on the web.
