GBSTAY AWAY FORM REVEL ADVANTAGE Stay away from Revel Advantage, their payment processing division. We signed up and they sent us a wireless chip reader which was very slow and did not work. They then send us an wired one which was also very, very slow. Both were refurbished. I called to complain as these chip readers were just to slow for our operation and was told they were the only options. When i cancelled revel POS with a "client specialist" I was told they would be a $500 cancellation free for Revel Advantage. I let them know that this system was just not working for us and the client specialist said he wish he knew about the problem. I let him know I did and that nothing could be done???? STAY AWAY FROM REVEL ADVANTAGE IF YOU NEED A FAST PAYMENT PROCESSOR...

GBZERO stars I'd give zero stars if I could. Aside from their weak technology, their support and communication are non existent. They've deducted money BEFORE the start date of services, they do not respond to emails or calls, and the reporting is unclear and confusing. The integration with 3rd party sales is not reliable and you will lose both customers and money. Their technology does not support what they are selling and I would steer clear of this company at all costs.

GBBe careful with Revel Be careful with Revel. They are a good POS system, but if you cancel they become vindictive and aggressive. I switched systems because our franchise required it, so when it was time to renew, I didn’t, and when I called to cancel, they said I had agreed to a pop up message for 3 more years so they invoiced me for $25,000 that they say I know owe. The interesting matter is that like other times that I renewed my contract, a representative had reached out a few weeks before I cancelled so we could discuss the terms of my new contract, so why did they sent someone to renew my contract if it could be renewed on a pop up. Also. Revel is very detailed, every time you make a change, they send you a docusign to agree to the change, every time I renewed my contract, I received an email with a docusign contract that I had to sign. And now, since I told them I cancelled, all of a sudden I am on a 3 year contract that I never agreed to. So be VERY careful with them if you plan to leave them, as they will become vicious and awful.

GBUntrustworthy Corp Got bonded to a contract when I didn’t get the full out disclosure of fees and other requirements needed until I had signed agreement. It’s been over 6 weeks and haven’t gotten anything but two boxes and my money has been long gone. The service after my discontent and explanation of unreasonable help was horrible. Just like all companies they want your money and do not care for your business growth.

GBGreat product now with local support I use this product across my restaurants in the UK and can't praise it highly enough. I have all the benefits of a well established product with lots of integrations where I need them but with the super secure architecture of iOS. The project process and initial support from NFS has been first class and the credit card processing is saving me money vs my last deal with Dojo.
