GBFunctional, but far from ideal. Functionally, it works for most things we need and very rarely has caused a disruption during operations. However, it severely lacks in things we want. We have yet to receive upgrades for tap to pay and chip & pin, as we were assured were on their way when we initially agreed to use Revel (over 1 1/2 years ago). It is also lacking in the CRM function, not allowing for simple features like expiration dates. Reporting is also not straightforward, as EOD reports do not adjust for returns and payouts.

GBAvoid! Avoid!! Won't let you cancel, contract automatically renewed every 1st of January for another 12 months, so if you want to cances still have to may every month untill end of contract. Thieves!!!!

GBSTEER CLEAR! STEER CLEAR!! Lost orders, painful user experience, horrendous reporting, over billing, failed credit card processing daily, random system reboots required daily during store hours, incompatible with loyalty program. The list goes on and on. The one thing I will admit is that they are good at getting foolish executives to buy their lies. Whatever you think you are getting with Revel, please think again!!

GBThe software isn't terrible but the… The software isn't terrible but the fees make it not worth it. Every additional add on costs extra. To get decent service it's $60 a month. To have a loyalty system is another $25. If you don't use their processor it's another $149. Then on top of it they just raise the software fees above your contracted amount whenever they feel like it and then tack on a 10% administrative fee. I went from under $275 a month to $424 and they had the gaul to tell me they'd charge me the $15,000 cancellation fee if I tried to cancel four months early because of it. Never use this company if you have a choice.

GBRUN! WORSE NIGHTMARE! LAWSUITS RUN! DO NOT WALK! This company is a complete fraud. Not only are their services absolutely terrible, outdated and unreliable, they will charge you fees for literally not having the service. I wouldn’t recommend this service or company to anyone, even if it was the last company on earth. They have been the absolute worse company to “work with”—even though I am not even on their platform. They are frauds and LAWSUITS are waiting to happen. They would promise that their systems are capable of handling rollouts with our franchise BUT that is otherwise proven. Such a HUGE mess and they would just keep charging fees, regardless that their system isn’t even capable of handling a children’s lemonade stand, let alone a store. Pathetic. I’d give them negative 5 stars if I could. STEER CLEAR!!! RUN to the nearest EXIT. SAVE YOURSELF.
