GBSTEER CLEAR! STEER CLEAR!! Lost orders, painful user experience, horrendous reporting, over billing, failed credit card processing daily, random system reboots required daily during store hours, incompatible with loyalty program. The list goes on and on. The one thing I will admit is that they are good at getting foolish executives to buy their lies. Whatever you think you are getting with Revel, please think again!!

GBSTAY AWAY FORM REVEL ADVANTAGE Stay away from Revel Advantage, their payment processing division. We signed up and they sent us a wireless chip reader which was very slow and did not work. They then send us an wired one which was also very, very slow. Both were refurbished. I called to complain as these chip readers were just to slow for our operation and was told they were the only options. When i cancelled revel POS with a "client specialist" I was told they would be a $500 cancellation free for Revel Advantage. I let them know that this system was just not working for us and the client specialist said he wish he knew about the problem. I let him know I did and that nothing could be done???? STAY AWAY FROM REVEL ADVANTAGE IF YOU NEED A FAST PAYMENT PROCESSOR...

GBSalesperson with no integrity.. bad experience Had a great sales experience up to the sale. However, after the sale was made and the money was paid my salesperson literally dissapeared. Absolutely not contact, refused to answer phone calls or texts. I had colleagues leave him notes on his desk to call. Nothing. We are talking about weeks without a response. Can not stand that type of sales mentality. To top it off i contacted the salespersons manager and the manager defended his actions and did nothing to resolve the issue. I will not recommend or be doing business with Revel again.

GBCustomer of Revel since… We have been a customer of Revel since 2014. Many of the bad reviews here are accurate. Revel has shady business practices and they trick customers into contracts that they do not deliver on. Product is ok but it has a lot of features that do not work as advertised. They will not improve the product either. Find a company that you can escalate issues with that cares about your business. Revel should be ashamed of these bad reviews. over the years it appears they have not changed.

GBTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! For 2 weeks now we have been using a swipe reader provided by Revel which doesn't work properly, they don't want to exchange it, they have not given us a solution in 2 weeks. We had a big store sale and we lost many customers as we had to enter CC manually unable to swipe bc their product is not working! We are losing money, we have explained this issue in many ways, every day since and still NO SOLUTION so far.... So frustrated, hope you never have to deal with a stupid issue like this one, or you will be stuck with the problem losing business!!! Claudia Aros Owner Bagua Center
