GBDisgusting scam my phone bill as per others on here has been charged over £70 for subscriptions I knew nothing about. Bemused as to how this has happened when I don't use my phone for anything apart from netflix, calls, texts and emails

CABoku Apparently Boku has been helping themselves to my phone bill since June/22. $8.00 per month. Didn't notice it til december as I pay for 4 phones. Contacted phone company, they tell me its Boku's responsibility, Boku tells me it's Microsofts responsibility, Microsoft say's it's Boku fault! No help from anyone!! They are all scammers!

CAFrustrating experience Frustrating experience, STAY AWAY from BOKU. I authorized them for a month of Dazn membership (October). However, they continued to charge me in November as well without my authorization. Since I did not know that I renewed my subscription via Apple (so I double paid for November). When I contacted BOKU customer service (AJ), stated that I needed to get approval from Dazn. Dazn does not know my information, because all customer-related information is created by Boku, they know it but pass me to Dazn. I request a refund but BOKU is behaving like a scammer.

GBMy 12 year old daughter's phone has… My 12 year old daughter's phone has been fraudulently charged over £300 for play station purchases. The person at Boku insisted it was my daughters fault and said I needed to investigate and that she was unable help and could not process a refund as the charges were legitimately made. I asked to speak to her manager as this was not true as the charges were as a result of fraud. She refused to pass me to her manager and then terminated the call. I then called back and spoke to a helpful guy called AJ. He helped me straight away and sorted the refund. I feel sorry for companies where they are hiring the wrong people with terrible attitudes that spoil the reputation of the company and provide horrendous customer service. Had I not called back and spoken to AJ, this would not have been resolved. It should have been resolved the first time.

GBHow is this allowed??? My teenage daughter had a £50 charge on her phone bill from Boku despite never signing up for anything. It seems from reading other reviews they like to target children. Ripping people off during the cost of living crisis is disgusting, thanks to them im now in my bank overdraft. I’ll be taking this further. Edit: So after contacting Boku they referred me to Apple who confirmed someone had used my daughters number to fraudulently buy digital goods from Apple through Boku. To say Boku dont care is an understatement. They absolutely couldn’t care less. They are happy to provide a payment service that is obviously easy to scam but they don’t want to take any responsibility when people have their hard earned money scammed from them. Disgusting company, ive reported them to Action Fraud.
