GBCustomer service is a joke Customer service is a joke, £130 on top of my son’s phone bill by this company. For what? Three gave me the company details called to be fobbed off and told to contact Sony?? For what reason?? This is on his mobile not a computer and the payments are to this company!! The number they gave me for Sony didn’t work either. Absolute joke, I will keep trying to contact everyday until I get a refund.

GBDisgusting scam my phone bill as per others on here has been charged over £70 for subscriptions I knew nothing about. Bemused as to how this has happened when I don't use my phone for anything apart from netflix, calls, texts and emails

GBScammers and hackers report them My phone bill had an added £165 one month then another £160 then now another £80 none of which I knew about 3g said to call the 0808 number that does not work I have been scammed hacked and I want my money refunded ASAP It's absolutely disgusting the company allowed to rip people off and steal from them beware and avoid and report them

CAUnauthorized charges I have 3 phone number on my service provider account. My husband and myself are the ONLY authorized people to do ANYTHING through the provider. Yet my sons number has been charged more than $1000 in subscription or applications WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION. I have emailed Boku 2x as instructed by my service provider. No reply as of today's date. How is this even possible? My service provider has now suspended our phones until we are able to clear all the accumulated charges
