Scammers and hackers report them My phone bill had an added £165 one month then another £160 then now another £80 none of which I knew about 3g said to call the 0808 number that does not work I have been scammed hacked and I want my money refunded ASAP It's absolutely disgusting the company allowed to rip people off and steal from them beware and avoid and report them

Frustrating experience Frustrating experience, STAY AWAY from BOKU. I authorized them for a month of Dazn membership (October). However, they continued to charge me in November as well without my authorization. Since I did not know that I renewed my subscription via Apple (so I double paid for November). When I contacted BOKU customer service (AJ), stated that I needed to get approval from Dazn. Dazn does not know my information, because all customer-related information is created by Boku, they know it but pass me to Dazn. I request a refund but BOKU is behaving like a scammer.

Unauthorized charges I have 3 phone number on my service provider account. My husband and myself are the ONLY authorized people to do ANYTHING through the provider. Yet my sons number has been charged more than $1000 in subscription or applications WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION. I have emailed Boku 2x as instructed by my service provider. No reply as of today's date. How is this even possible? My service provider has now suspended our phones until we are able to clear all the accumulated charges

My 13 yr old granddaughter was charge… My 13 yr old granddaughter was charge nearly £200 for playstation that has never been ordered my daughter contacted boku to explain that nothing was ordered and they were absolutely useless no help in any way shape or form and told my daughter its on the phone number so it must be right .. this company are fraudsters and scammers and should be reported we will be taking this matter further.. this company is an absolute disgrace targetting children ... steer well clear and report report report !!!
