An accessible alternative to more well-known stock photo sites Overall, Dreamstime has provided a great service for my nonprofit organization over the last 7 years. I find the pricing to be competitive, the selection is usually broad enough I can find something to use for most purposes, and the site itself is mostly fairly user friendly. My only two small issues with Dreamstime have been 1) There isn't a functional keyword search I can do on my own stored images, which is problematic now that we have purchased hundreds of images. I wish it were easier to go back and find things in my own collection. 2) Billing separately for our subscription and for photo storage/the privilege of re-downloading licensed images is a pain as I have to provide documentation for both each month. It's also a kind of sneaky new cost which I don't love, but ultimately worth it to continue to have access to our whole collection.

Really good customer service I signed up for a big project for one month because Dreamstime had the best stock photos for my purpose other than the prohibitively expensive Adobe and Shutterstock. My subscription renewed before the one month was up and charged my credit card. That was annoying, but I was pleased when Customer Service promptly refunded me for the second month. The plan is worth what they charge. I just can't afford it.

Scammers Scammers. Do not signup or add a payment method, they will take your money while in the free trial period, and do not let you cancel or end subscription.

Excellent company with terrific customer focus Used this site on and off for years. Excellent quality and excellent service. I bought the package deals. I found out that I had a monthly subscription for some reason. Don't know how it came about. Messaged them and they refunded the same day. Quality service and sadly increasingly rare.

Immediate help! Kimberly could not have been more helpful today. I’m a brand new customer & was very confused about downloads & credits etc. I’m NOT very computer savvy so I explained what I needed to do & Kimberly very carefully & kindly walked through the steps & sent the selected photo to me. I’m very impressed by the immediate response & hope you are lucky enough to have more employees like Kimberly!
