A Very Satisfied Customer Because of Kimberly I’m writing this review because of KIMBERLY. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Specifically, I had to make a (temporary) change to my Dreamstime Plan and she helped me do it in such a way so that I wouldn’t lose my current credits. It’s because of her I’m continuing as a customer. She is a BLAST to work with. Then I asked if I could call her specifically if I had any problems (because she knows my account so well) and she said “sure.” That makes me happy because she already knows the ins and outs of my account. I was browPurchase by mistake and instant charge, with amount refundedsing the website and… I was browsing the website and mistakenly ended up purchasing a license for an image, the amount was instantly debited from my card. Faced with this problem, I contacted support and, with great excellence, my unintentional purchase was cancelled, and with great care. quickly my problem was resolved.

I forgot to uncheck automatic renewal… I forgot to uncheck automatic renewal after purchasing a few images. Didn’t notice my credit card was being charged $25 a month until 4 months had passed. All my fault. I called and talked with Kimberly. WOW! Talk about customer service; Kimberly refunded all four months and was absolutely wonderful about the whole thing. Dreamstime should send Kimberly out to teach others about customer service.

The “free” trial is a scam The “free” trial is a scam. I downloaded 3 images within 2 days of the 7 day window and a $69 charge appeared on my credit card. I immediately cancelled the “free” trial but I’m still trying to get a full refund. Customer service is rude and accused me of trying to exploit their free trial. Huh?
