CAReally good customer service I signed up for a big project for one month because Dreamstime had the best stock photos for my purpose other than the prohibitively expensive Adobe and Shutterstock. My subscription renewed before the one month was up and charged my credit card. That was annoying, but I was pleased when Customer Service promptly refunded me for the second month. The plan is worth what they charge. I just can't afford it.

GBDon't bother with this site their logos are fake I went to the site cause i saw a logo that i really wanted I signed up, and when I typed in the logo I wanted. it stated logo not found ....so then i typed in what i was originally looking for and it just kept showing me the same logo over and over on different signs and building this is a scam site, I canceled minutes after signing up. I actually think they get their logos from other sites just to entice people but cant deliver, and from the response they give to people after bad experience just go to show they don't give AF about customers. Im certain all their positive responses are just them writing about themselves Don't bother with this site

GBI accidentally purchased duplicate… I accidentally purchased duplicate images and billed twice. This was resolved in a quick phone call - someone knowledgeable answered! - and the credit approved within minutes. BTW, I love the illustration I downloaded!

GBA Very Satisfied Customer Because of Kimberly I’m writing this review because of KIMBERLY. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Specifically, I had to make a (temporary) change to my Dreamstime Plan and she helped me do it in such a way so that I wouldn’t lose my current credits. It’s because of her I’m continuing as a customer. She is a BLAST to work with. Then I asked if I could call her specifically if I had any problems (because she knows my account so well) and she said “sure.” That makes me happy because she already knows the ins and outs of my account. GBImmediate help! Kimberly could not have been more helpful today. I’m a brand new customer & was very confused about downloads & credits etc. I’m NOT very computer savvy so I explained what I needed to do & Kimberly very carefully & kindly walked through the steps & sent the selected photo to me. I’m very impressed by the immediate response & hope you are lucky enough to have more employees like Kimberly!
