GBA truly Terrible service Avoid ! A truly Terrible service Avoid ! So after much persuasion and sales pitch we used this company for 3 months which was perfectly fine. However, in the background without notice our account was handed to the management of one of their in house commission based resellers. No information about this was sent or agreed and they proceeded to charge us outside the remit and way above the price of the original very clearly verbally formed contract which was recorded at the time. Having raised this our concerns were firstly ignored then defiantly the company disrupted our processes sufficiently to cause us hours of work plus distress to our working environment. Working in the customer service sector ourselves for over 24 years we can honestly advise never to have dealings with this dishonest company.

GBI was sold on savings BUT FOOLED I was sold on savings, but this program is difficult to use, randomly charges are being declined and random stations aren't in the approved network. Customer service is lacking as well. If you are using a fuel card program already, DON'T SWITCH!

GBTHIS COMPANY HAS PENDING GOVERNMENT ACTION. We were 2 days late with a payment and company charged 20% late fee and is now charging 6% per month interest. We were with Universal Premium/Fleetcor for over 6 years and were a good customer. We explained that we were locked out the web page and had trouble reaching anyone in customer service, hence our lateness. We asked for grace/forgiveness on the late fee and they said no. Seriously? So apparently our business is not that important to them. I saw they have a lot of other serious complaints at the BBB and they are being investigated by the government. Good for them. May karma be theirs.

GBThis company deserves negative stars This company deserves negative stars. They only allow a 10 day period for payment. They never have the invoice done on the 1st, but expect the payment to be timely. They charge bogus fees without consent. If you pay your outstanding balance in full becasue the statement is not in yet, and transctions clear after tha, you will be charged an exhorbent fee of $1400 or more. They are a total rip off. They need to go down and be sued by every single user that has ever had their card. Anyone want to pursue a class action suit?

GBNeed to communicate better Applied online and got approved for a partially secured fuel card. Put up my $500 and they were supposed to match my $500 for a total of $1000 credit. When the card arrived it was only for $500. I called customer service and they told me I didn't qualify for the partially secured card after further review. No one ever notified me about this change so I closed the account. Communication is lacking, it's best to look elsewhere for credit. It will take 4-6 weeks to get back my deposit.
