If you're considering hiring them look elsewhere Given one star as can't give none unfortunately. This company is terrible, I actually can't believe the company I work for didn't look into how bad they were before they awarded the contract. This company is prejudice, and can't manage to do simple things other companies can like connecting flights. Avoid if you can. Warn anyone looking to do business with them that they're incompetent and offensive.

Updated with resolution Terrible. Told them I was driving and couldn’t write anything down and requested room in one town and they booked me in another “nearby” town without asking me and then wouldn’t refund my money because the rep had read back the travel arrangements to me and I didn’t catch it. Avoid if you can *update: an egencia rep saw my review and took another look at my case and has overruled previous decision and says will refund my credit card. I am now satisfied and have updated my review

For all bookings you need to follow-up… For all bookings you need to follow-up to ensure that they are approved as you do not get any alerts from Egencia about outstanding approvals. The phone helpline is a disaster with up to 35 min in waiting line. In addition on their hotel website for business travel they list hostels that are fit for backpackers. Overall it is not a good business travel site, if you can find a small corporate travel agency where you can have face-to-face contact as Egencia is not yet up to scratch

Just avoid. Booking went smoothly but took nearly half an hour at the Premier Inn check in desk (who were patient, persistent and overall brilliant) to work out all the procrastinated steps egencia has placed in our way to so much as check in. The meal/breakfast voucher was then declined so will have to claim back through expenses. I just hope I don't get a parking fine in the post if that "pre-authorised" charge gets rejected!

I could rate a 0 star if I’m allowed… I could rate a 0 star if I’m allowed to. This is the worst ever online travel agency company that I dealt with. I couldn’t imagine how come my company is using them as a corporate travel agency. They aren’t honorable to confirmed deals, they are incapable to provide correct information, They aren’t able to admit their own mistake, and they are not be able to provide appropriate compensation for the client which caused by mistake. The most important is they are not cheap and they keep saying that they provided the best in the market and all the other agencies are just leisure centric, but if you’re doing a very simple comparison, and the same criteria of hotel room rating or air rating you’ll find out that they end up probably at the most expensive one with the lease flexibilities provided. Anyway, that’s all I wanna say. If you’re trying to make a booking of hotel or any travel transportation ticket…. Please look into somewhere else if you still have a choice.
