Incredibly lousy travel agent! Incredibly lousy travel agent! The company I work for had the bad taste to choose Egencia for all the bookings of the company’s business trips. Never ever has Egencia been able to provide an accurate voucher for the booked hotels. We always end up having to pay at the hotel. That also includes car rentals. Everyone I talk to who have been using Egencia say the same. I wish my company could switch to another travel agent.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES. FRAUDULENT CHARGES. A week ago I was charged almost 300€. Despite the fact that I no longer work for the company using their booking portal for more than a year. In other words, they have made me a FRAUDULENT CHARGE. The most frustrating thing is that they do not provide any channel for resolution of the incident, which may be a mistake, but they have no intention of solving. They have deleted my profile but not my card number. A SCAM

The worst corporate booking tool out there! Period. Egencia is the absolute worst corporate booking tool out there. Their agents, while nice, are clueless reservationists and simply follow a script. Heaven forbid they go off script. The WORST part is the verification process you have to go through to speak with anyone about a reservation. It is so time consuming! Who has the time to waste. GO ELSEWHERE!!

Worst chat support ever Worst chat support I have ever experienced. Endless back and forth, slow to get back to you and no one seems to have any specific subject knowledge. I do not understand why companies still use this service, there is zero value in using this site.

Very unsatisfactory Very unsatisfactory, booked long-haul flights to Japan from UK in early June and 2 weeks prior to the journey have an email saying flights not ticketed and they cannot give a reason why, but wish to charge 3x the original price as have to book fresh tickets! Customer service were not apologetic. Avoid if you can!
