GBUnethical at best Unethical at best. Used this mortgage company for two homes in the last 10 years and I will never use them again. Applied for a refi and Nila Csapo told me on the phone that I could get the "rate lock fee" refunded to me for any reason. A day later, I told her I was going with another company and they would not refund me the $635. I went to my bank and they sided with the mortgage company. Your lying and sketchy ways lost you another customer and earned you another 1 star review on as many sites as I can find.

GBOutstanding Associates! Janice Rogers and Matt Roeland were awesome to work with. Both of them were caring and understanding. I did this refinance to get money to help my wife with major surgery due to bone loss in her jaws. This has been a wonderful experience and my wife and I both are appreciative of the kind people that helped us.
