ShapeShift is a SCAM ShapeShift is a SCAM! Nothing works with them They're still sending a lot of emails about their nonexistent airdrops. Few months ago I received FOX tokens as an airdrop, but they dissapeared. My friend had this same situation. Now I checked ETH address of my registered FOX wallet, but it's not eligible for airdrop!

Reported a scam platform using coincap.io logo My interaction with ShapeShift was not with them directly. They provide the customer support for Coincap.io and I was reporting a scam platform in an effort to get it taken down. The response from a Customer Service agent was prompt and helpful. A few days later, the scam platform was not accessible anymore but I do not know if this is due to action taken by ShapeShift or not.

I was concerned when Shapeshift/KeepKey… I was concerned when Shapeshift/KeepKey migrated from a centralized model to a decentralized business model that the level of tech support might suffer. I am pleased to report that, since the transition, support is even better now than it was in the first place. First rate service from people that care about your success....what more could you want???

Top notch customer service I contacted the customer service team in a frantic mess after hours. I'm new to the Portis wallet and though I'd lost my unsupported ERC coins to the deep bowels of the interwebs. Customer service contacted me promptly and reminded me I could just import my Portis wallet into Metamask until they're supported. What a lifesaver! I was able to add their contact address, ship them off, and have since earned profit. Thanks!

I would recommend. After a small tech issue on my end, I was able to seamlessly connect my new KeepKey. The new ShapeShift trading page is beautifully designed and intuitive to use. I would look forward to a few more coins in the future, but they still offer a good variety. I've used Shapeshift's coin exchange service in previous years, and all their experience from that success shows up in full force with this new project. I would definitely recommend it.
