Well was a bad day trading with… Well was a bad day trading with shapeshift unfortunately, they would only limit me to $1000 or less trades on Ethereum, BTC and USDC for some unexplained reason. To top it off 2 of my 10 trades are still "awaiting" so needed to do 2 help support tickets and I guess we will see how that goes. Two days ago I traded my Ether and BTC, over 20K worth in two trades without a hitch, so not sure whats up, maybe trying to get more fees from me ? Anyways I am disappointed, hopefully won't happen again, if it does I will ditch them and the keepkey and go ledger nano/coinmama,itbit or crypto.com, but we will see.

ShapeShift does a great job at providing educational material and is always there if you still need to seek additional help. Everytime I have had a question they have responded promptly with genuine, useful feedback. I am thankful to be involved with such a great community and have the support of a team that cares. issue accessing Shapeshift account I had an issue accessing my Shapeshift account. My KeepKey device did not show the number block for PIN input but was stuck in update mode. With swift help from the support team my problem could be easily solved. That was 'excellent' but it took two tickets because the first one was confirmed but I never received an answer to it. So my rating for support is 'great'.

I had some issues in regards to my…locating and transferring coins I had some issues in regards to my coins and unable to navigate to send them. I contacted shapeshift and I got a prompt reply. The Representative there went over with me a few steps in order to locate and solve the issue I was having. In a matter of minutes I was able to get the problem solved with their assistance of course. This isn't the first time that they've helped with a problem that I've had. The Representative was informative and helpful. Its a relief to know that they're right there to help out :).

2FA reset process went smoothly 2FA reset process went smoothly. No frustrating tasks and questions asked like with other crypto related exchanges. I needed to reset 2FA on many crypto platforms and services lately because I have no longer access to my phone with authenticator. Resetting it on Shapeshift went with the speed of light comparing to others. Thank you
