I would recommend. After a small tech issue on my end, I was able to seamlessly connect my new KeepKey. The new ShapeShift trading page is beautifully designed and intuitive to use. I would look forward to a few more coins in the future, but they still offer a good variety. I've used Shapeshift's coin exchange service in previous years, and all their experience from that success shows up in full force with this new project. I would definitely recommend it.

Of you verified shapeshift you can get the chance of buy keepkey with discount just $10. But there is a shipping fee. And this shipping fee is about $40 (cheapest) It is wrong. You shouldn't create a campaign like this one. This creates anticipated people on community.

Great support Great support. I couldn't see my history of transactions in my portis wallet and the customer service was prompt and helpful. Finally they've found a solution and I could track my purchases. The transactions with Banxa are bit scary, slow and expensive if you compare the price of the coins in the market in the moment of the purchase + commission. In summary, I'm happy with Portis and Shapshift, regarding Banxa, I would pick a different choice if I could.

I had some issues in regards to my…locating and transferring coins I had some issues in regards to my coins and unable to navigate to send them. I contacted shapeshift and I got a prompt reply. The Representative there went over with me a few steps in order to locate and solve the issue I was having. In a matter of minutes I was able to get the problem solved with their assistance of course. This isn't the first time that they've helped with a problem that I've had. The Representative was informative and helpful. Its a relief to know that they're right there to help out :).

Unbelievably Bad I can't believe how bad the app/website are. It's an unbelievably bad experience. The app constantly freezes and crashes (when you can actually open it), and the website is a jumbled mess or input widgets that switch focus and displays that randomly update while forgetting crucial values. What a mess.
