Well was a bad day trading with… Well was a bad day trading with shapeshift unfortunately, they would only limit me to $1000 or less trades on Ethereum, BTC and USDC for some unexplained reason. To top it off 2 of my 10 trades are still "awaiting" so needed to do 2 help support tickets and I guess we will see how that goes. Two days ago I traded my Ether and BTC, over 20K worth in two trades without a hitch, so not sure whats up, maybe trying to get more fees from me ? Anyways I am disappointed, hopefully won't happen again, if it does I will ditch them and the keepkey and go ledger nano/coinmama,itbit or crypto.com, but we will see.

Keepkey device issue, support shoddy! Brand new Keepkey device having major issues, no response in over a week. Clicking on the 'get help' button redirects to a broken link. Keepkey arrives with absolutely no updates and is not useable until the device has been updates. Device has no instruction on arrival, it's a bunch of guessing. Going to website for information has no support for linux, you need to dig for how to update the device.

I would recommend. After a small tech issue on my end, I was able to seamlessly connect my new KeepKey. The new ShapeShift trading page is beautifully designed and intuitive to use. I would look forward to a few more coins in the future, but they still offer a good variety. I've used Shapeshift's coin exchange service in previous years, and all their experience from that success shows up in full force with this new project. I would definitely recommend it.

Web3 noob's coins saved by the support bell! Web3 noob, made a rookie mistake and sent tokens to SS that they don't support, partly because of confusion over the Gnosis/XDAI rebranding, partly because I didn't realize a GNO address did not mean they support XDAI... but SSjules was super patient and helpful and was able to walk me through creating a recovery wallet. I got my hard earned bounty coins back and my birthday plan is saved! I would suggest eliminating the discord verification gate for support, but applaud the great response and guidance that helped me past it.

Love shapeshift Perfect platform. I just wish there wasn't so many fees. Can yee modify it somehow so that fees are cheaper?
