ESGreat support Great support. I couldn't see my history of transactions in my portis wallet and the customer service was prompt and helpful. Finally they've found a solution and I could track my purchases. The transactions with Banxa are bit scary, slow and expensive if you compare the price of the coins in the market in the moment of the purchase + commission. In summary, I'm happy with Portis and Shapshift, regarding Banxa, I would pick a different choice if I could.

CAI had some issues in regards to my…locating and transferring coins I had some issues in regards to my coins and unable to navigate to send them. I contacted shapeshift and I got a prompt reply. The Representative there went over with me a few steps in order to locate and solve the issue I was having. In a matter of minutes I was able to get the problem solved with their assistance of course. This isn't the first time that they've helped with a problem that I've had. The Representative was informative and helpful. Its a relief to know that they're right there to help out :).

CAKeepkey device issue, support shoddy! Brand new Keepkey device having major issues, no response in over a week. Clicking on the 'get help' button redirects to a broken link. Keepkey arrives with absolutely no updates and is not useable until the device has been updates. Device has no instruction on arrival, it's a bunch of guessing. Going to website for information has no support for linux, you need to dig for how to update the device.

DEissue accessing Shapeshift account I had an issue accessing my Shapeshift account. My KeepKey device did not show the number block for PIN input but was stuck in update mode. With swift help from the support team my problem could be easily solved. That was 'excellent' but it took two tickets because the first one was confirmed but I never received an answer to it. So my rating for support is 'great'.
