I needed to reset 2FA on many crypto platforms and services lately because I have no longer access to my phone with authenticator. Keepkey device issue, support shoddy! Brand new Keepkey device having major issues, no response in over a week. Clicking on the 'get help' button redirects to a broken link. Keepkey arrives with absolutely no updates and is not useable until the device has been updates. Device has no instruction on arrival, it's a bunch of guessing. Going to website for information has no support for linux, you need to dig for how to update the device.

I was concerned when Shapeshift/KeepKey… I was concerned when Shapeshift/KeepKey migrated from a centralized model to a decentralized business model that the level of tech support might suffer. I am pleased to report that, since the transition, support is even better now than it was in the first place. First rate service from people that care about your success....what more could you want???

I am relatively new to the crypto space… I am relatively new to the crypto space and have had numerous questions. ShapeShift does a great job at providing educational material and is always there if you still need to seek additional help.
