The young lady was so very kind to me and very knowledgeable of the system. I couldn't get in and she stayed with me a very long time until she had me in. My only suggestion is that you continue to hire people like Thu. She makes your company great!

GBI applied for refi my home loan I applied for refi my home loan, over 3-4 months no response from your loan department even ask me to open account with excite. as a courtesy response qualified or not qualify. no response, that is bad service. i dont want to write bad things for people but you ask for my opinion. thanks Ali.

GBKaren was very helpful in assisting me… Karen was very helpful in assisting me on my auto loan . She gave me the approval and all the requirements right away. We completed my auto loan in a couple of days. I just hope that for next time, I can sign everything online since I live all the way in Alameda County.
