The young lady was so very kind to me and very knowledgeable of the system. I couldn't get in and she stayed with me a very long time until she had me in. GBI applied for refi my home loan I applied for refi my home loan, over 3-4 months no response from your loan department even ask me to open account with excite. as a courtesy response qualified or not qualify. no response, that is bad service. i dont want to write bad things for people but you ask for my opinion. thanks Ali.

GBCrappy service A mistake was made and excite let me get clobbered with overdraft fees. Never did they try once to let me know. I deposited $60 00 into my account and the receipt indicated a 400.00 balance not a negative amount .
