Kudos to Alex, the CS Rep Alex, the customer service rep, that I spoke with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fast. He knew exactly what I was asking, gave me a complete and thorough answer and asked was there anything else he could help with. This was one of the best calling experiences I've had this year! Not sure how they can still legally… Not sure how they can still legally operate with all of the shady tax escrow scams they pull. Impossible to reach a live person, no chat or anything. Read your mortgage statements carefully these guys are predators.

I have spoken to several people over… I have spoken to several people over the past few weeks about my biweekly mortgage payments. I have filled out all the necessary paperwork. I have gotten several different answers from everyone there. Today I spoke with Angela, who was very kind and professional.
