GBI had talked to Chelsea on Friday and… I had talked to Chelsea on Friday and was told to call back with the hope I had a figure to make my mortgage current. I called back and got Tasha today. Both were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. My numbers aren’t ready and advised me to be in the lookout for the email and check back tomorrow. I appreciated their sincerity, manners and genuine kindness. I have had many moving parts with my health and COVID affecting my income and they were very nice helping me. Thank you! GBFix your login system - I'm specifically writing this review… I'm specifically writing this review because of the ridiculous login hoops I have to jump through to pay my mortgage every single month. Each time, the system refuses to recognize my password, therefore I have to choose 'forgot' and reset it. It's a huge PITA. Just set up two factor authentication and leave the passwords alone -- total waste of my time.

GBBoth Tasha and Chris were very nice to… Both Tasha and Chris were very nice to me. I had to call and request another extension so I don’t lose my home and everything that I have after my husband passed, me losing my job due to the pandemic with the rates going up, losing my husband’s income, losing my unemployment benefits, my metal building catching on fire and had to rebuild and trying to sell my house. I desperately need this extension to give me more time to sell my house so I can pay my loan off.Please 🙏🙏

GBI have spoken to several people over… I have spoken to several people over the past few weeks about my biweekly mortgage payments. I have filled out all the necessary paperwork. I have gotten several different answers from everyone there. Today I spoke with Angela, who was very kind and professional. I am a transfer from Mr. Cooper and have had the most difficult time making this work.

GBThe person I spoke with took the time to actually help The person I spoke with took the time to understand my issue and work to resolve it. She stayed on the phone with me since I've had connectivity issues when put on hold previously. She told me the action steps she was taking to actually help resolve my issue in a timely manner. Her service stands in stark contrast to many of the people I've spoken with at RoundPoint previously who did not try to listen, understand my issue, or help me resolve it.
