I may have made an extra payment, but she assisted me with knowing that my account is set up and my payments will be automatically deducted as they had been with Mr. Cooper. Thank you.

GBArturo and Rosa I had two conversations (1 call and a transfer) with 1st Arturo in Insurance who forwarded me to Rosa in Cust. Serv. BOTH were extremely helpful and went our of their way to resolve all aspects of my issues. I feel confident that they will be resolved in the 60 boarding grace period. Every Roundpoint person I have spoken to has been professional, knowledgeable and a problem-solver. On the other hand, Roundpoints bot is a disaster. Nasty off the wall threatening emails and letters. Phone bot is little better. At least phone bot does not sign off saying Roundpoint is also a collection agency like Mr. Cooper does.

GBThe person I spoke with took the time to actually help The person I spoke with took the time to understand my issue and work to resolve it. She stayed on the phone with me since I've had connectivity issues when put on hold previously. She told me the action steps she was taking to actually help resolve my issue in a timely manner. Her service stands in stark contrast to many of the people I've spoken with at RoundPoint previously who did not try to listen, understand my issue, or help me resolve it. Highest marks to this person.

GBFix your login system - I'm specifically writing this review… I'm specifically writing this review because of the ridiculous login hoops I have to jump through to pay my mortgage every single month. Each time, the system refuses to recognize my password, therefore I have to choose 'forgot' and reset it. It's a huge PITA. Just set up two factor authentication and leave the passwords alone -- total waste of my time.

GBThese guys are virtually useless These guys are virtually useless. I think they're literally a "virtual" company with TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. They can't even fix their database or even empty their PO Box. TERRIBLE!!!
