Our loan just got transferred to… Our loan just got transferred to RoundPoint. My initial thoughts were “oh no! Not another service who may or may not screw my account up!” Imagine my pure delight when I created an account on line - SO easy - and spoke to a customer service rep named Jane. Jane went over and above to answer all of my questions and did so in a professional and courteous manner. She is an excellent representative for your company!

I would like to take a moment and thank… I would like to take a moment and thank the kind and professional gentleman who handled my compliant, Alex. He had patience and took his time to allow me to take care of the problem while we were on the telephone and with the transition over to round point Mortgage Service. He recognized the error with my escrow account and assured me it would be taken care within the allotted time frame. The person I spoke with took the time to actually help The person I spoke with took the time to understand my issue and work to resolve it. She stayed on the phone with me since I've had connectivity issues when put on hold previously. She told me the action steps she was taking to actually help resolve my issue in a timely manner. Her service stands in stark contrast to many of the people I've spoken with at RoundPoint previously who did not try to listen, understand my issue, or help me resolve it. Highest marks to this person.

These guys are virtually useless These guys are virtually useless. I think they're literally a "virtual" company with TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. They can't even fix their database or even empty their PO Box. TERRIBLE!!!

I have spoken to several people over… I have spoken to several people over the past few weeks about my biweekly mortgage payments. I have filled out all the necessary paperwork. I have gotten several different answers from everyone there. Today I spoke with Angela, who was very kind and professional. I am a transfer from Mr. Cooper and have had the most difficult time making this work.
