GBNot sure how they can still legally… Not sure how they can still legally operate with all of the shady tax escrow scams they pull. Impossible to reach a live person, no chat or anything. Read your mortgage statements carefully these guys are predators.

GBAutomatic payment set up Thought I had set up automatic payment, but when it wasn't taken out of my checking account, I called Roundpoint. Turns out I had only given my insurance info on line, not signing up for auto payment. The person handling my call was very professional and patient while walking me through the process of setting up an account and setting up auto pay.

GBI have spoken to several people over… I have spoken to several people over the past few weeks about my biweekly mortgage payments. I have filled out all the necessary paperwork. I have gotten several different answers from everyone there. Today I spoke with Angela, who was very kind and professional. I am a transfer from Mr. Cooper and have had the most difficult time making this work.
