Woodforest is the best bank that I have… Woodforest is the best bank that I have ever dealt with! Customer support is always very supportive and they know what they're doing. When there are funds that are to go back into my account I'll only have to wait like one day. I have been with this thing for over 10 years and I will never leave them.

Worst bank ever if I can ever get… Worst bank ever if I can ever get switched I will ,they favor rich companies over customers and will take your money for stupid shut like mail return fees and check balance fees every thing they can make up ,they let spectrum take almost 300 from my acct that I didn't owe, can't argue with them if the other person is worth more,I'm on s.s and they keep taking more every month, worst bank ever to exist ,run from them

I have been a customer since 1981 I have been a customer since 1981! I am sooo disappointed. I have been trying to stop a payment for a car payment since January. They can't do it!!! They just keep sending the payment... they say they are stopping...charge me a stop payment fee...and the next month send the payment again...This has been going on for 4 months.... I am done with them... after 43 years!!!! Very sad......

I'm a new customer, soon to be former customer. I'm a new customer, and just made my 2nd visit to the HEB Madera Run branch, in Houston. Took 2 tellers an hour to accept a routine deposit. The deposit was less than $10,000, with just over $3000 in checks. I was the only customer in the branch, the whole hour. I was told that they needed a "manager approval" to deposit the checks. I stood there, while they made at least a half dozen calls, trying get a code, to enable them to process the deposit. Looks like opening this account has been one big waste of valuable time.

Went to WalMart in Lexington Went to WalMart in Lexington, KY (New Circle) to use the CoinStar to cash in some change, which was out of order. I don't have an account with Woodforest, but asked the teller, Ernesto, if he would mind cashing in the change for me. He was very willing to help, despite my not having an account and the fact that it was time-consuming to roll some pennies. Thank you Ernesto, for going above and beyond!
