Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Went in to get a cashiers check and got told I have to pay a 10$ fee (never had to pay before). Even after agreeing with the fee the woman still tried to have a disagreement with me even after the matter was over. She was very unprofessional and on edge. I had to ask her if we could just proceed with the transaction. She definitely needs more training.

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. Tellers have an attitude that they could care less if you close your account and take your business elsewhere. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there isn't one on site and would have them call me. After leaving my number a "market manager" called me and pretty much had the same attitude. She basically told me that her teller would never speak to me the way I reported. I am closing my account as soon as the branch opens this morning.

They falsely advertised that they are a community bank but they are members only Bank They claim to be a community bank but they are not. They are members only. This isn't their policy even and are denying to give change against their own policy. I have gotten change for over a year and this is the second time they have done this. The two ladies were sitting there doing nothing and one was on her personal phone, but when I had a supervisor call they refused to answer the phone despite sitting there doing nothing with no one else in line. They falsely claim to be a community bank and leaves me walking 4 miles for nothing when they had no problem serving me for a year

Great Bank! I absolutely love Woodforest, so I have a very poor banking history, and I needed a second chance and Woodforest came to the rescue with there second chance checking. Woodforest has been beyond amazing in every way possible. Customer service has been great, my local branch is beyond phenomenal, and the mobile app is pretty great as well. I have ZERO complaints about them!

Terrible..this bank has been holding… Terrible..this bank has been holding thousands of dollars of mine because of transaction that was declined. The merchant has even verified they are t collecting funds and it’s been 2 weeks and my money still hasn’t been returned to my account by woodforest. This issue has happen before and it’s rediculous. Please stay far away from this bank they are no good. From the customer service to the branches. Will be filing small claims suit if my money isn’t returned soon. Very shady and bad business. No bank lets anything pend for this long without removing it from your account. Will be closing account
