Xoom global money tranfer This is worst remittance company. They promise to deliver in 2 hours before you hit button and once you submit they will say it will take 2-3 days for verification and clearance. suck a liars. They would take money from your bank and now if you cancel, they will take another 10 days to deposit back to your account

Terrible experience in changing name of… Terrible experience in changing name of beneficiary and customer service. Contact info has automated service no one is there to help and support. I have sent an email for help 28 hrs - no response. DO NOT USE XOOM.

ONE STAR is TOO much! ONE STAR is TOO much! I tried to send money to Indonesia, first time it went no problem, second time it was cancelled, I was asked to provide SELFIE with my driving licence. I did. Then transaction went OK, after this I tried to transfer money 4 more times, and each time transaction was immediately cancelled. I've sent multiple emails, I've contacted them via form on the website. I tried to ring UK and German customer service, and I only got automated message, there is no option to talk to a person. Paypal won't help me, and XOOM didn't resolve this issue. I'm really annoyed and stressed, as I got someone awaiting the money, and it was hard to explain why sometimes money goes sometimes it doesn't made me look like a liar, who just doesn't want to send the money, cause twice it went, and then it just didn't for NO REASON. I'm absolutely fuming, wasted nearly a week on this.

Just terrible Just terrible! I sent money to my friend and xoom hold it for a week for some security check, no answered to my emails. And after I called started to ask about my friend, why I sending her money, how long I know her and how we met. That ridicules! And my private information. After I answered they told me my recipient can’t to get money for security reason and they plan to hold my money one week more!!!
