CoinZoom - 50% Fees! Avoid This Company I was charged 50% fees from this company ..... 50%!!! When I complained they said the fees are on the website. Yes, they are, but too small, most people (is it their goal?) miss the fees info. It's so easy to change, just have a pop up with a WARNING stating you are about to be ripped off with 50% fees! That way customers can decide but right now it's just you're gonna get ripped off with 50% fees too bad suckers! In this day and age these scammy type companies can be avoided. There are a lot of far better options! When you complain their customer service just reply with bog standard url links, awful customer service too! Update: 4th July 2022 The CoinZoom Customer Service were excellent, they refunded me!

Deposited $500 via ACH transaction and… Deposited $500 via ACH transaction and I'm still waiting for the hold time to end 3 weeks later. I can understand 7 days but 3 weeks??!! that's almost a month it's irritating and it makes me tempted to look elsewhere to deposit cash. I understand the need for hold times to protect customers from scammers but 3 weeks is a bit ridiculous. It's irritating more than anything. Heck even Coinbase has shorter hold times. Coinzoom! Shorten the hold time to 7 business days geez. Waiting almost a month for deposits to go through is absolutely ridiculous. Fix that before I leave.

I deposited a small amount to buy NFT… I deposited a small amount to buy NFT which was fine. Now I am unable to withdraw until kyc is complete (which is fine). However have tried several times to complete kyc, even having support reset my account, but it fails instantly on all occasions. Guess I will write off my funds / NFT. But advise others to avoid at all costs.

This company sucks This company sucks. Out of an abundance of caution, I sent a test wire deposit which credited my account. Then when I sent 30k afterward, it was lost! They’re hyped about expanding globally and they can’t perform basic business functions in the US yet.

I made a deposit by debit on March 20…Disappointed I made a deposit by debit on March 20 2022 and it said on the portal that I am not able to withdraw the funds or crypto until the 27th. Three days later that withdrawal date changed to may 11th. I would have never deposited with them had I known it would have taken more than 7 days. Support was no help when they finally responded saying that it could take up to 90 days. I advise against this company if you are planning on withdrawing before 90 days.
