I deposited a small amount to buy NFT… I deposited a small amount to buy NFT which was fine. Now I am unable to withdraw until kyc is complete (which is fine). However have tried several times to complete kyc, even having support reset my account, but it fails instantly on all occasions. Guess I will write off my funds / NFT. But advise others to avoid at all costs.

Problem withdrawing MY OWN MONEY there was no problem transferring ETH to coinzoom, however Customer Service says I need a VIP account to withdraw MY money. This is not a trustworthy platform for trading. I have the coinzoom app with the green circle with a squiggly line through it

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I need to explain simple concepts 7 times before they even understand what i am saying. Do these customer service morons even know what crypto currency is? Plus i got my coinzoom card but i can not get cash out at the cash machine. I can only use it to buy stuff. For buying stuff it works everywhere credit cards are accepted.

My issues started in Dec of 23 My issues started in Dec of 23, my Coinzoom debit card was compromised, after about 3 weeks Coinzoom refunded the money to my card(thank you). I requested a replacement card in Jan 24, and even spent 200 zoom to purchase another card, which there app says I should receive in 5 to 7 days. Well it's been over a month and still no card, they say the problem is with the shipper, well I don't get it. Please who ever is in charge. Please respond.

ACH Deposit disabled... I feel like I have been scammed! I attempted to do an ACH Deposit to my bank account but it failed due to a "capability upgrade" that is being performedon the system. I also saw that the routing and account numbers were hidden. I sent a message to customer service inquiring what capability upgrade was and when the upgrade would be complete.
