This company sucks This company sucks. Out of an abundance of caution, I sent a test wire deposit which credited my account. Then when I sent 30k afterward, it was lost! They’re hyped about expanding globally and they can’t perform basic business functions in the US yet.

CoinZoom - 50% Fees! Avoid This Company I was charged 50% fees from this company ..... 50%!!! When I complained they said the fees are on the website. Yes, they are, but too small, most people (is it their goal?) miss the fees info. It's so easy to change, just have a pop up with a WARNING stating you are about to be ripped off with 50% fees! That way customers can decide but right now it's just you're gonna get ripped off with 50% fees too bad suckers! In this day and age these scammy type companies can be avoided. There are a lot of far better options! When you complain their customer service just reply with bog standard url links, awful customer service too! Update: 4th July 2022 The CoinZoom Customer Service were excellent, they refunded me!

The fact that when you make a deposit… The fact that when you make a deposit either a ACH or Credit Card it that deposit will be available within your account in 7 business days. It takes an additional 20 days for you to be able to send or withdraw the funds. This to me is like holding your funds hostage.

I purchased 3000$ BTC to invest with at… I purchased 3000$ BTC to invest with at Planoff but I am yet to receive my coins in my wallet. Customer care has not been responding either. You guys are just wasting my time..

Terrible is a compliment. Terrible, to say the least. I tried to withdrawn my money using a Debit Card (nothing special, just a normal bank debit card) and it did not work. I asked for help, at least 4 different people replied and not even one of them was able to suggest to use a different card (I tried and I finally got my money back). When asking for help I pointed that I had only 100$ on my Coinzoom account and, one of the persons, suggested me to use a Wire withdrawn method: 25$ of fees. Terrible company, useless customer service, will never ever use it again.
