Abra support was the means to verification after 3 months of attempting to contact them no response was received. Now my wallet is empty. What a bunch of Thieves!!!

ESSlow and looping answering on client relationship The service offered seems good and is quick...except on client requests... they spend days to understand simple questions ..mainly because differente people treat the same case and you have to explain and re-explain same thing over days. They also requests you info not warned previously for withdrawals.... By the moment it's not a bad platform but need improve to reach Nexo or Youhodler, but doen't seem the classical scam.

GBReally poor customer service I have participated in their Black Friday CPRX giveaway. Did everything as supposed to, but have not received any rewards. The main issue is that the customer service is not responding whilst this is the second time it has happened. Really not sure whether I should keep my account open with this company... EDIT: After being contacted on this website, the person responded to an incorrect support number and never replied back. It has now been 19 days since the creation of the ticket regarding my issue.

GBInvesting money in their CPRX token was a mistake Invested money in their CPRX token. It wasn't much, but it was a substantial amount considering my income. They locked the token for trading for more than a year. In the end I was not able to withdraw it to a new wallet due to their minimum withdrawal policy + network fee. I tried to contact support to ask if there was anyway I can pay for the remainder of the network fee which wasn't much at all but they ignored that question and again informed me about their minimum requirement policy. I asked them to clarify and they said if I didn't meet the minimum that the funds were considered lost. Rug pull!
