You are correct, that was for EXP being delisted. XHV was delisted from our platform in April. We sent out email communications regarding the removal date as well as in-app notifications. Slow and looping answering on client relationship The service offered seems good and is quick...except on client requests... they spend days to understand simple questions ..mainly because differente people treat the same case and you have to explain and re-explain same thing over days. They also requests you info not warned previously for withdrawals.... By the moment it's not a bad platform but need improve to reach Nexo or Youhodler, but doen't seem the classical scam.
