IEExcessive fees and unable to withdraw to bank account Excessive fees when changing Eth to USDP. Earning interest but decided to sell my USDP and withdraw to my bank account. No customer service availableWas unable to submit my bank details. So ended up buyin BTC and transfer over to another exchange to then withdraw. All costing more transactions fees. I don't think I will be using again.

HKIt’s the worse It’s the worse, it’s a bloody scam, I lost all my funds in one go, and Abra said my account was hacked and they have no idea where my funds went and stopped responding to my emails when I asked more questions, they didn’t want to know. Absolutely disgraceful no security no customer service and a complete lack of security on funds. They can’t trace where my funds or give any explanation at all. Totally utterly shocked how I’ve been treated.

ESSlow and looping answering on client relationship The service offered seems good and is quick...except on client requests... they spend days to understand simple questions ..mainly because differente people treat the same case and you have to explain and re-explain same thing over days. They also requests you info not warned previously for withdrawals.... By the moment it's not a bad platform but need improve to reach Nexo or Youhodler, but doen't seem the classical scam.

GBDo not use this platform Do not use this platform They have taken all of my funds, in spite of email communication directly with Bill customer service just go in a loop saying to download the App again which is not possible. I suspect we may see legal action if not jail time for Bill in future as a result of unlawful practices I have escalated this to the Financial Authorities in the UK

GBReally poor customer service I have participated in their Black Friday CPRX giveaway. Did everything as supposed to, but have not received any rewards. The main issue is that the customer service is not responding whilst this is the second time it has happened. Really not sure whether I should keep my account open with this company... EDIT: After being contacted on this website, the person responded to an incorrect support number and never replied back. It has now been 19 days since the creation of the ticket regarding my issue.
