You are correct, that was for EXP being delisted. XHV was delisted from our platform in April. We sent out email communications regarding the removal date as well as in-app notifications. GBThis company is still a complete joke!!! Don't EVER use them!!! Ever since I received a follow up from an unknown named person from Ava on 8/26. No updates or anything has been resolved with my account with this company. As this should be a simple fix, they tend to drag and ignore all issues that should already have been fixed a looooong time ago. Again, if you are looking for desired wallet. I would highly recommend staying away as they have no customer service support and don't resolve any issues in a timely basis. So far its been over one year since this issue still hasn't been resolved. Very terrible customer service!

PHI first contacted Abra customer service… I first contacted Abra customer service on March 2, 2021. After much floof I finally received the following on April 1st: We will escalate this ticket to our engineering team and send an update once we have additional information. It is now April 15th and have had no further response. Might want to pick that up a bit. Looking at alternatives now as I'm losing patience.

No customer service availableWas unable to submit my bank details. So ended up buyin BTC and transfer over to another exchange to then withdraw. All costing more transactions fees. I don't think I will be using again.

GBInvesting money in their CPRX token was a mistake Invested money in their CPRX token. It wasn't much, but it was a substantial amount considering my income. They locked the token for trading for more than a year. In the end I was not able to withdraw it to a new wallet due to their minimum withdrawal policy + network fee. I tried to contact support to ask if there was anyway I can pay for the remainder of the network fee which wasn't much at all but they ignored that question and again informed me about their minimum requirement policy. I asked them to clarify and they said if I didn't meet the minimum that the funds were considered lost. Rug pull!
