GBI had a problem with two brokers & two… I had a problem with two brokers & two electric company’s & one broker decided to fine me just under 1K for breach of contract, Utility Bidder was used to inform me of this & I contacted them, a really lovely, kind & understanding lady called Emma picked up & she was so helpful & gave me so much advice & helped me fight my corner, today, they dropped the fine & I am beyond greatful, she has a hard job & I treated her with respect as it’s not her fault, I cried & explained everything & she was soo caring & really truly helpful, I don’t know what I would of done without her, they are a brilliant company as far as I’m concerned ♥️

GBThreatening and bullying. Behind the fake courtesy and pretense of wanting to help PreAction's tactics are clearly designed to bully and intimidate. The agent in charge of "my case" bombarded me daily with calls and emails. He did not propose any resolution other than me paying up immediately or going to court. He was clearly not interested in establishing all the facts. Presumably he's on commission for debt Collection however spurious it may be. These people should be charged with harassment offences. Do not engage with them.

GBPreAction provide a vital service My business has employed the services of PreAction to contact customers that haven't paid outstanding invoices or not taken up contracts we arranged for them. We cant afford to do the job we were asked to do, and that the customer agreed to go ahead with in writing or verbally over the phone for them to cancel or not pay. The people complaining on here should maybe think as to the reason they have been contacted - the fault it yours not preaction's.

I have really appreciated all that she done, in a most professional manner, to explain and be totally clear about the situation that we were in. GBScary email from Utility Bidder… After a scary email from Utility Bidder asking f or £750 for ending my 5 year contract 2 months early (due to house sale), I contacted Pre action to try and resolve. Jasmine was helpful and knowledgeable, listened, and promised to contact them and explain my situation. I just had a call back saying "no further action, case closed". Thankyou for handling this with understanding, and a "human touch" rather than a computer generated monstorous claim from Utility Bidder.
