GBAn ex-agents perspective As an ex-agent that has represented Citizens Insurance, I'm disappointed in my claims experience. Our claim has been dragging on for over a month, even though we have done everything as requested at all points in the process. Loss date was 2/15, we obtained an estimate from their shop on 2/19. We were just informed our vehicle is now a total loss - over a month after our initial estimate. It feels like this could have been handled more proactively by Citizens and their contracted body shop. Just very disappointing all around. Unfortunately, I will be shopping around at my next renewal.
