She took her time to allocate my refund money which was not appearing on my One plan card. As for the calling itself, I pray that this system could be made better. Double debit 😫 I called on 03Feb to apply. In order for cover to start immediately, I needed to make an eft payment on the same day which I did. On 07Feb I was debited for the same amount. I contacted my consultant on 07Feb and arrangements were made for a refund. It's 12Feb and the refund has not come through 🙄 now I have lost my patience and want this resolved asap
