ZAPuppy's breed was registered wrong. Puppy's breed was registered wrong. Email was quick and responsive changed the breed immediately which is awesome no hassle. Asked on how to register on the app got phone call and 5 min later I was registered. Good support service.

ZAExcellent Service Good day, On the 17 April, I contacted Oneplan Insurance for assistance with a refund. I was so fortunate to have Tsepang.m assist me. I kept uploading my POP on the APP but, I kept receiving a response-unable to process. She advised the requirement and also sent me a TEST email so that I just needed to provide the POP onto that email and the issue was rectified. We need more people like Tsepang who go the extra mile in service delivery.
