GBDeceptive Fee Structure After 1-Year Renewal Neptunes premium charges are deceptive. After the first year, you will be charged a $150 policy fee (which is odd, because there is no administrative cost for your auto-renewal). This fee is also considered to be ‘earned’ at the time of renewal; if you switch to a different provider without this fee, it will not be refunded as is required for the remaining premium. I don’t mind paying for quality services, but I mistrust companies that use disingenuous fee structures to pad their margins without delivering value in return.

GBGreat Service My underwriter followed up, revised my quote as needed and was very helpful. Bound coverage for a higher limit and at less premium than FEMA.

I could have used more assistance in determining what level and limits would be best for my specific situation, but overall I would hope I made the right choice.
